Facilitation
Sue leads many kinds of group processes from study circles of 8, to
retreats and task forces of 20 to large public forums including
hundreds of people. She helps groups have productive conversations on a
wide variety of topics including racism, health care, education, and
the connected age.
Design
Sue develops a variety of interactive processes including retreats,
conferences, public forums and trainings. She has co-authored many
discussion guides on complex issues including racism and racial equity,
health care, bullying and school climate, school governance, building
community in a connected age, and transportation.
Leadership
development
Sue leads facilitator trainings and organizing workshops for community
leaders. She also works with groups and individuals who wish to develop
their capacity to organize and implement inclusive, effective public
engagement processes.
